Life's too short to settle. An open road heals some of the deepest hurts, biggest disappointments, worst bridge-burning experiences. The road inspires, freshens, rejuvenates creativity, and promotes change of perspective. Travel has led me in and out of many chapters, good and bad. It's something I identify with in acknowledging transition, as life is, most of the time, out of control. Just when life, situations, relationships, finance, success, popularity, etc. seem manageable, I'm reminded otherwise. Some of us learn sooner than others. The struggle is to find balance between the sparrow who trusts and is provided for, and the ant who accesses his resources and stores up for winter. There is beauty in both. My life consists of Punk Rock, Jesus, Screen Printing, Low-budget adventure, A.M. Coffee, P.M. Coffee, Hitch hiking, Reading, Making music, Outdoors, Non-designated camp sites, Loose plans.
