Lots of life. Grew up on farm. Received doctorate and taught University until politics bothered me enough to leave. Led Wilderness Leadership/Mountaineer Training programs, taught winter camping, group dynamics, facilitated ropes course programs, etc.
Stored all my things, packed my car and traveled around the US, Canada and into the Baja for 15 months. Spent time with Sun Bear and Grandfather Black Elk in vision quest program and then apprenticeship program in Washington State and Florida. Hiked the Everglades, watched whales in Baja, played with bioluminesence in Sea of Cortez, watched Osprey hunt, hiked Banff, hot springs near Jasper, eagles along Columbia River Gorge, ferried to San Juan Islands, drove the coast of California, and many adventures and met great people in between.
I've been an athlete my whole life and love being active in the outdoors.
Started work as a speaker and facilitator eventually working with many Fortune 500 corporations on the "people skills" part of business facilitating everything from strategic planning, creativity, team building, conflict resolution, communication skills, leadership, listening, etc. Still doing much of that and more coaching.
Rafted the Grand Canyon, took my backpack and wandered through Mexico and Central America a couple times, hiked the Inca Trail, visit the Peru Amazon, hung out in Costa Rica, wandered through Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Bali and am ever on the lookout for the next nourishing adventure.

Recently, more "Inward" adventures exploring being present and fully with the moment....WOW! It's so much easier doing this when traveling and so rewarding having presence in life.
